Messaging Terms (SMS)

These terms govern the Cast Iron Pot Signature reservation text-message program. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Cast Iron Pot Signature at the mobile number you provide.

What you’ll receive

Transactional reservation messages only: a confirmation when you book, and a notification when your table is ready. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program. Example messages:

• “Cast Iron Pot Signature: your reservation for 2 on Sat, Aug 8 at 7:00 PM is confirmed. See you then! Reply 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Cast Iron Pot Signature: your table is ready, Alex! Please see the host. Reply 1 if you're on your way, 2 to give up your spot. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How to opt in

Opting in is optional and always requires you to provide your own mobile number and agree:

• Online: on our reservation page, enter your phone number and check the box “Text me my reservation updates,” which displays this consent language.
• By phone or in person: give your number to our staff or AI reservation line and confirm you’d like text updates, after we tell you message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP to opt out.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically 1–3 messages per reservation.

Cost

Cast Iron Pot Signature does not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You’ll receive a confirmation and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply START to resubscribe.

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
